What if I lose the event code/password?

The best way to get this is to check with the event planner at your organization or ask others who attended. If you know which photographer shot your event, you can contact them. Otherwise, please email support@candid.com with the location (city and state) of your event as well as the event date and your organization name.

How long will it take for my event to be on-line?

This depends on the type of event and how it is photographed. If it was shot digitally, it could be online in as little as three hours. However, if the event was shot on traditional film, it will generally be posted to the web by the second business day after the event. Please check with your event coordinator or photographer.

Can other people see my pictures?

People who have the event code/password will be able to see the pictures. Since the event codes will be passed out at the event, anyone who attends your event will be able to see your pictures.

Can I have my picture removed from the Web?

Yes. Contact the event photographer and they can remove it for you.

How long will my event be on the Web?

The length of time events are available on the web can vary. Please check with the event coordinator at your organization for your particular arrangements.

When should I receive my prints?

This is a factor of the arrangements between your event coordinator and the photographer who shot the event. In some cases, orders placed before 3pm CST will ship the same day. On other events it may be longer. The bottom of the picture viewing pages as well as your order confirmation page has contact information for the photographer who shot your events. Check with the photographer or your event coordinator.

How will I receive my prints?

Prints may be delivered in several ways depending on the type of event or arrangements with your photographer. In some situations, prints are returned to the photographer who then delivers them your organization. Sometimes the prints are mailed directly to you.

My prints have not arrived, what should I do?

Please contact the photographer who shot your event. Their contact information will be on the web pages where you browsed the pictures as well as your order confirmation email. If you cannot find this information, email support@candid.com. Please include the City and State your event was located in as well as the date, time, and organization name.

Can I make copies of my prints or the images online?
